The 2020 RAM 3500 boasts an astonishing 1,000 lb-ft diesel torque and monstrous 15,921 kg (35,100 lb) towing capacity with the new 6.7L Cummins Turbo Diesel High Output engine. This truck is equipped for maximum towing capability, more so than any other RAM truck that has been built. In addition, towing is easier than ever thanks to a dynamic centerline display with hookup assist and available auto-level rear air suspension with bed-lowering mode that will make hitching your trailer a quick and easy job. To tow and haul such incredible amounts, the 2020 RAM 3500 was designed with an advanced frame, suspension, and powertrain. The frame features nine separate high-strength cross-members to provide 3,134 kg (6,910 lb) of diesel payload and 3,383 kg (7,680 lb) of gas payload.
Models and Prices
There are five models of the 2020 RAM 3500 available, starting with the Tradesman and an initial price of $52,295. The Big Horn ($54,795) upgrades the standard specs to include more chrome on the exterior, as well as trailer tow mirrors with supplemental turn signals and courtesy lamps. The Laramie ($69,795) upgrades your seating to heated and ventilated leather seats and includes the handy Park-Sense Front and Rear Park Assist. The Laramie Longhorn ($76,295) completely transforms the interior of the truck with premium materials, front bucket seats (the other models featured bench seats), and an instrument cluster. The highest-priced Limited ($80,595) increases the wheel size from 18 to 20 inches, adds a RamBox cargo management system, and includes the safety features of blind-spot monitoring with trailer detection and rear cross-path detection.
Infotainment
The 2020 RAM 3500 is built to withstand rugged conditions, and its exterior design highlights that fact with an authoritative air, bold badging, and broad stance. The truck can also be configured with three different cabs and two different box sizes to fit your needs. Inside the truck, the Ram 3500 boasts the largest infotainment screen in the heavy-duty truck class (12 inches) complete with Bluetooth streaming, Apple CarPlay compatibility, Android Auto smartphone integration, and more. Depending on the cab configuration, you can fit up to six people in the truck comfortably or fold down seats for extra storage flexibility. Rear passengers will ride in style with 1,100 mm of rear legroom in which to stretch.

The basic warranty lasts for 3 years/60,000 km; the powertrain limited warranty goes for 5 years/100,000 km; and the Cummins Diesel engine boasts a 5-year/160,000-km warranty.
